Greetings sister! We are excited to announce details for our upcoming meeting, July 29-31. Our theme is, Freedom: A Liberative Way Forward. Yes sisters, we are going to have a good time in Nawlins, July 29-31!
About registration:
· Early bird registration is $275 (from April 2-June 14).
· Retiree registration is $250.
· Seminarian/student registration is $225.
· General registration is $325 (from June 14-July 9).
· No on-site registration. No on-site registration. No on-site registration.
Sisters, last year we observed a Jubilee year from dues and registration fees. This year, dues are back. While there is no on-site registration, we will collect $50 dues on site. Payment methods include check and credit cards. Additionally, when you register for the meeting/conference you will incur fees through the online platform. We hope to make that up during our time together with something special.

· Our hotel is the New Orleans Renaissance Arts Warehouse District.

About the Annual Meeting
The schedule will be posted in the coming weeks. Registration will begin on Monday, July 29 at 1:00 PM. We will begin with the President’s reception at 5:30 PM, followed by opening Worship at 7:00 PM. The schedule includes plenaries, panel discussion with some of our Ebony Women Bishops, workshops, bible studies, praise and worship, one afternoon off-site options, election of some new officers and ending with a festive evening dinner and celebration on Wednesday, July 31. Sisters, you don’t want to miss this special evening. We have a surprise in store for you! Please make plans to depart on Aug. 1.
About transportation to New Orleans (if not driving or taking the train)
The closet airport is the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The hotel is approximately 16 miles from the airport. No hotel shuttles are available. Ride share companies and taxis and easily available. (Approximately $45-$65; 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.)
